My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms were well-equipped with a 42-inch flatscreen TV, huge bed, large closet with iron/ironing board, safe, and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub, but there was a persistent unpleasant odor. The service was exceptional, particularly thanks to Ms. Pragya, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location, though slightly distant from the BTS station, was convenient with various amenities nearby. The dining was decent but could benefit from more affordable options. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by the concierge and checked in by the lovely friendly reception team. The room had a living room, a large bathroom, and a spacious bedroom. It was very spacious, with comfy pillows, providing a very welcoming experience. The good location accessibility and the availability of a Tuk Tuk hotel shuttle service added to the convenience. The security round the clock was reassuring. While the reception was very receptive and housekeeping showed good understanding, the only area for improvement would be the breakfast to cater more to Muslim Halal preferences and a better selection of Coffee machines. However, the hotel is not very suitable for children over 6 years as there is a lack of toys.

They were fully equipped, spacious, and even had a full kitchen and washing machine. The service was top-notch, especially with the friendly staff who work so hard to make it one of the best inner city hotels. The location was perfect, offering easy access to shopping hubs and restaurants while still enjoying a quiet ambiance in the hotel. The dining experience was amazing, provided in-house restaurants with fresh cheese bread. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.
